1) Do we have fixed nawafil(Rakah) for the first night of Ramadan (Nafila Oru)? How many Rakah?

    Q1.No we didn't,It is advisable to make d rakah nd odd number.
    Q2.We must sight a new moon
    We must be in d month of Ramadan.A complete hijrah is either 29 or 30.Oyebode mariam.08169935228
